Bodywork for Recovery & Flexibility

I have been trained to provide a specialized form of stretching that will help you increase flexibility, improve circulation and to recover more quickly from your workouts.

It’s sort of like the yoga class you never attend or the post workout stretch you never seem to get to. Except with this – I do your stretching for you.

Here’s how it works.

I bring a portable table. You wear your workout clothes & while you’re laying on the table, I go through a series of stretches with you. Professional athletes rely on this type of technique for their performance & recovery. And, now I make this type of service available to you so you get all of the benefits.

You will also learn a lot about where your body carries tension & where your problem areas are so you can give a little more attention to those areas.

It usually takes about 30-45 minutes and you will instantly feel better! You’ll love it!
